At Madame Rouge we believe that the service you receive when buying online should match that you get when buying in a walk -in store. That's why we pride ourselves on our service and ship orders within 24 hrs of receipt (on working days), meaning you get your order as quickly as possible.
Also unlike many online companies, we hold all our own stock, and if it's not in stock you won't be able to order it. This means that you will never place an order pay for it and have to wait, and wait for its delivery....

I would just like to provide some feedback on my recent purchases.
Firstly, I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt reply to my delivery query and also for the fast freight fee refund.
And secondly, my order was delivered within 2 working days of me placing the order, which was very efficient!
Purchasing these types of items can be a little worrying and nerve-wracking some times, but the experience i had with your company was nothing but positive. I want to thank you for providing such a discreet and efficient service.
Also, the lovely gift wrapping is a pleasant finishing touch! it is re-assuring to know that if someone else had pick up my parcel and happened to open it, that they would only think i had bought presents and certainly would not be able to see what was inside!!
