So here is what I have learnt about using these sorts of toys……..
My advice would be to take relaxed approach when using them. The trick is to let your Pelvic Floor muscles do most of the work, which means once they are inserted you don’t need to squeeze your muscles as if you are doing “pelvic exercises”.
Instead the motion of the inner balls moving will be enough to stimulate a response in your pelvic floor muscles, creating small contractions for you.
The reason I chose the Smart Balls is because Fun Factory are known as one of the premium manufacturers of adult products and let’s face it, if I am putting something in my ahem ..”Special Place” I want to be sure it is safe.
As these are made from a medical grade (high quality) silicone, which is phthalate free, so these gave me that extra piece of mind I wanted.
They are really easy to clean with warm water, but as I wanted to be 100% sure they were super clean every time I also use the Beman Antibacterial Spray Cleaner.
So my final words on the Smart Balls? Not only are these fun to feel move around, but the added bonus is they give you pelvic muscles of steel!
