All Madame Rouge products come beautifully gift wrapped. 

If the purchase is for a gift and you would like to add a personal handwritten message, please enter this when you place the order, and we will attach a Madame Rouge card with your message.

 

 

 

 

Delivery Inside Australia

All Madame Rouge purchases are gift wrapped before being sent in discreet external packaging (with no mention of Madame Rouge on the external envelope package).   


Delivery for orders is $8.95.  Orders are sent same day or next business day and are delivered using Express Post. From the shipped date orders are between a next day to 3 day service (dependent on your location). 

You may be required to sign for the package.

Delivery where there is no delivery charge for the order, such as the LELO special will be shipped by standard mail and make take upto 5 days to reach it's destination. 

If your order (for whatever reason) cannot be shipped, we will contact you via email within 2 business days, and advise you of this. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time

 

 

 

 

 

Goods Sent Outside Australia

Goods can be sent internationally to most intrnational countries including New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Europe Canada and the USA. 

Goods to New Zeland are sent via Air Mail, and takes between 3-5 days*, at a cost of $12.00 AUD (aprox $14.71 NZD) for up to 500g being sent .  

Goods sent internationally take between 7-10 days*, and are sent by Air Mail at a cost of $15 AUD (aprox $14.20 USD)  for a parcel of up to 500g.  

Customers will be advised to pay the additonal cost over 500g before, before we proceed with shipping the goods. The delivery charge over 500g in wieight is calculated in Australian dollars based on the wieght, size and destination. 

* Please allow up to 20 days for international deliveries to arrive.

*Lingerie Returns 

We are happy to swap or refund lingerie which you find isn't for you. Please keep on your own undergarments when trying the items on.  

If you find that you do need a different size, please let us know within 30 days (of the invoice date)⁺ by calling 1300 797 684 or mail orders@madamerouge.com.au

Inside Australia the postage cost to swap items is free (contact us and we will send you a return pre paid envelope).  Postage for swaps is carried out using the standard Australia post service.

If you still can’t find the right size for you, we will exchange or refund the goods to the value of the products returned.

All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Madame Rouge please return it to us, within 30 days of the date of the invoice date, and we will be happy to exchange it.  Returned goods will be exchanged for another product or a credit note for the value of the products returned.

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of the products in the Toy Box we are unable to accept exchanges of products in this category (unless the product is faulty). 

Please include proof of purchase (your invoice) and provide details of why you wish to exchange the product. Returned products must be unopened and unused, unworn and in original, saleable condition. 

Please send it by receipted post to Madame Rouge, PO Box 415, Coogee, NSW 2034.

 

Return postage costs will be at the customer's expense.  We accept no responsibility for returns which are sent by a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive at their destination and in such an event will not issue an exchange or refund. We recommend you pay the additional amount to send your returns via a traceable method.

 

 

 

 

 

Faulty Products  

We test each product for operability before it leaves us to save any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.

 Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns should be sent to Madame Rouge, PO Box 415, Coogee, NSW 2034.

 Please detail with the returned item: 

- your order number 

- the problem with product
