All Madame Rouge products come beautifully gift wrapped with a rouge coloured satin ribbon to add the finishing touches. 

If the purchase is for a gift and you would like to add a personal hand-written message, please enter this when you place the order, and we will attach a Madame Rouge card with your message. 
    
 

 

 

 

Delivery Inside Australia

All Madame Rouge purchases are gift wrapped before being sent in discreet external packaging (with no mention of Madame Rouge on the external envelope package).   The sender is referenced from our PO Box.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours* of order being placed and monies recieved.   A confirmation email is sent as soon as the order is shipped -so you'll know when your goodies are on their way!

Express Post on All Orders
  
Delivery for Express Post orders is $8.95.   From the shipped date orders are between a next day* to 3 day service (dependent on your location).  You may be required to sign for the package.

Order over $160 and we will send your order free of charge to you.

** Lingerie Delivery  *** 
Some of the lingerie items may take up to 3-5 days to deliver and cannot be offered Express.  Where this is the case we indicate this on the individual item. 

** What Else you Should Know about Delivery **
If your order (for whatever reason) cannot be shipped, we will contact you via email within 2 business days, and advise you of this. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

 Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time

 

 

 

 

 

Goods Sent Outside Australia

Goods can be sent internationally to most intrnational countries including New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Europe Canada and the USA. 

Goods to New Zeland are sent via Air Mail, and takes between 3-5 days*, at a cost of $12.00 AUD (aprox $14.71 NZD) for up to 500g being sent .  

Goods sent internationally take between 7-10 days*, and are sent by Air Mail at a cost of $15 AUD (aprox $14.20 USD)  for a parcel of up to 500g.  

Customers will be advised to pay the additonal cost over 500g before, before we proceed with shipping the goods. The delivery charge over 500g in wieight is calculated in Australian dollars based on the wieght, size and destination. 

* Please allow up to 20 days for international deliveries to arrive.

*Lingerie Returns 

We are happy to exchange or refund lingerie which you find isn't for you. Please keep on your own undergarments when trying the items on.  Postage to return the items is covered by the customer.

If you find that you do need a different size, please let us know within 14 days (of the invoice date)⁺ by calling 1300 797 684 or mail orders@madamerouge.com.au

All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back and with no refund of the item.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Madame Rouge please return it to us, within 30 days of the date of the invoice date, and we will be happy to exchange it.  

Returned goods will be exchanged for another product or a credit note for the value of the products returned.

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of the products in the Toy Box we are unable to accept exchanges of products in this category (unless the product is faulty).   Where this happens we will replace the product with a new replacement product (please note this does not affect your legal rights under the Trade Practises Act).

Please include proof of purchase (your invoice) and provide details of why you wish to exchange the product. Returned products must be unopened and unused, unworn and in original, saleable condition. 

Please send it by receipted post to Madame Rouge, PO Box 415, Coogee, NSW 2034.

Return postage costs will be at the customer's expense.  We accept no responsibility for returns which are sent by a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive at their destination and in such an event will not issue an exchange or refund. We recommend you pay the additional amount to send your returns via a traceable method.

 

 

 

 

 

Faulty Products  

 Please detail with the returned item: 

- your order number 

- the problem with product
- a return address for replacement product. 

Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns should be sent to Madame Rouge, PO Box 415, Coogee, NSW 2034
