Terms & Conditions

Full payment must be received before order processing begins.
-All prices shown are GST inclusive and shown in Australian dollars.
-You will receive an order confirmation email, including your order number, purchase details, and total value of order. 
-We reserve the right to contact you prior to dispatching your order to confirm your order detail. 
-We will contact you (via email) within 2 business days if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
-We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
-You can change your order right up to being dispatched. Just contact Madame Rouge and this can be organized.   If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.



For orders placed outside Australia your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars using the local currency rate (at whatever exchange rate applies to that card at that time).
